PIXORA Image Toolkit

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms govern your use of PIXORA, a browser extension and image toolkit. By installing, accessing, or using PIXORA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

1. The service

PIXORA helps users find, scan, download, copy, convert, resize, organize, and otherwise process images. It operates primarily inside the browser and may interact with images and pages supplied by third-party websites.

Features, supported formats, browser integrations, and availability may change as PIXORA is maintained and improved.

2. Free, Trial, and Lifetime Pro

PIXORA offers a Free tier, a five-day Pro Trial, and Lifetime Pro. The current Free/Pro capability matrix determines which features and limits apply to each plan.

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Access is represented by a server-authoritative entitlement. A local setting, installation identifier, checkout screen, or payment confirmation alone does not create a Lifetime entitlement.

Restore License is available for eligible purchases and requires the purchase email and Paddle receipt transaction identifier to be verified against the payment provider. Restore limits may apply to protect purchases from abuse.

3. Licence and permitted use

Subject to these Terms, the PIXORA operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PIXORA for lawful personal or business image workflows.

PIXORA is licensed, not sold. No ownership in PIXORA, its source code, branding, designs, or other product materials is transferred to you.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use PIXORA, the images and websites you access, the files you create or distribute, and compliance with applicable law and third-party terms.

You must have the necessary permission or other lawful basis to download, copy, convert, store, or reuse an image. PIXORA does not determine whether third-party content may lawfully be used.

5. Third-party websites and content

PIXORA may retrieve or process image resources from third-party websites. Those websites and resources are controlled by their respective operators, may change without notice, and may impose technical or contractual restrictions.

PIXORA does not own third-party images, remove copyright or other rights from them, or grant you permission to use them. References to a website, format, or service do not imply endorsement.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use PIXORA to:

  • violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, access controls, or website terms;
  • distribute malware, interfere with PIXORA or another service, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • circumvent plan limits, forge or manipulate entitlements, purchase references, receipts, or installation credentials;
  • resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit PIXORA except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Payments, refunds, and entitlements

Lifetime Pro payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record and authorized reseller. Paddle presents the checkout, collects payment information, handles applicable taxes, and issues transaction records under its buyer terms. Card details do not reach PIXORA.

Refund requests and payment disputes are handled through Paddle and the applicable merchant support flow. The PIXORA Refund Policy is part of these Terms. A confirmed full refund or chargeback may result in suspension or revocation of the related Lifetime entitlement; a resolved reversal that returns the payment may allow restoration.

8. Availability and changes

PIXORA is provided as available. Browser changes, website changes, network conditions, third-party restrictions, and service maintenance may interrupt or limit features.

The PIXORA operator may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or technical integrations. A change will not convert a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase into a subscription.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PIXORA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every website, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the PIXORA operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, content, profits, or access arising from use of PIXORA or third-party websites.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PIXORA at any time. The PIXORA operator may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks, entitlement fraud, a confirmed refund or chargeback, or a material breach of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and responsibility for prior conduct, continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect product, provider, legal, or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
