Refund Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This Policy applies to PIXORA Lifetime Pro. It explains how refund requests are handled and how a confirmed refund or payment dispute may affect a Lifetime entitlement.
1. One-time purchase
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription. There are no recurring PIXORA subscription charges for this plan.
2. Merchant of record
Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for the purchase. Paddle processes the payment, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes under its buyer terms and refund policy.
This PIXORA Policy does not replace or reduce any mandatory Paddle rule or applicable statutory consumer right. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and the controlling Paddle buyer terms apply.

3. Requesting a refund
Submit a refund request through the support option in your Paddle receipt, the Paddle customer portal, or Paddle customer support. Include the transaction details Paddle requests so it can identify the purchase.
Requests are reviewed through Paddle and the applicable merchant support flow. PIXORA does not publish an additional fixed 7-, 14-, or 30-day refund promise. Eligibility and timing are governed by Paddle’s then-current policy, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law.

4. Effect on Lifetime Pro
If Paddle confirms a full refund, the Lifetime Pro entitlement associated with that purchase may be revoked. If a chargeback or payment reversal is confirmed, the entitlement may be suspended or revoked.
If a chargeback is reversed or otherwise resolved so that the payment is returned to the merchant, the related entitlement may be restored after the payment status is verified.
A refund does not create a right to continue using paid features without a valid entitlement. Local settings, cached plan data, or a prior checkout confirmation do not override the server-authoritative entitlement state.
5. Fraud, abuse, and duplicate requests
Refund or chargeback abuse, false purchase claims, forged receipts, and attempts to restore a purchase to unauthorized installations may be refused or may lead to suspension while the matter is reviewed, subject to applicable law and Paddle’s rules.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights, including any rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or unavailable digital products, or any withdrawal right that applies in your location.
7. Changes and contact
This Policy may be updated to reflect product, provider, legal, or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version.
